Yelverton Properties is a third generation family business which, over the course of 60 years, has grown to become one of the most active investment and development companies in the South West. Despite having traditional roots, the company continues be forward looking and has grown to encompass residential investment and large scale student accommodation projects throughout the UK. Yelverton is known in the industry for its reliability and swift decision making, which has helped it forge meaningful relationships with occupiers, investors, agents and local authorities throughout the country. Recent notable projects include the redevelopment of Exeter Football Club and Exeter Cricket Club as well as the building out of The Printworks student accommodation.
